My move in experience to The Banks has been extremely warm and welcoming! From the welcome gift, to the friendly dog park community, I am very happy that I chose The Banks as my new home. The only improvement I could ask for is for my apartment to be cleaned more thoroughly (i.e. dishwasher and baseboards) and small detailed repairs such as paint touch ups and bathroom caulking.

The staff are great, my only complaint is that the people above me are load and sound like a heard of elephants racing around, and lock their dog out on the balcony so they don’t have to listen to it

Excellent staff and place to live. Love living here after owning my home for years. The environment here is like home. People and staff and maintenance are just great to work with. Love the food trucks. Enjoy the dog park and it’s really nice to have seating and gas grills to enjoy with family and friends. Grounds are kept nice and great gym for tenants. Really enjoy it here.

Everyone is beyond friendly and kind. The trash service is AWESOME. I feel like I’m living on vacation at a resort. Maintenance is also on top of everything, they get a request and have it handled ASAP.

During the week, maintenance is here within 24 hours to properly, and thoroughly fix any problems that I’ve had… The grounds are exceptionally kept, with regular lawn mowing, planting, new mulch, shrubbery trimming, etc. Are you there a couple of concerns since living here, one with noise, one with smoking… Both were handled within 24 hours… The noise complaint was handled within 60 minutes…

I love living here. The office staff and maintenance are wonderful and always willing to help with anything that’s needed. The ammenaties are awesome from the Sat water pool, clubhouse and workout room. The Banks are always doing get togethers for us as a community so we can come together and have fun.

I recently chose The Banks at West Fork to be my home and couldn’t be happier. When I arrived in Murfreesboro I immediately started my search for a new home and after looking at what I thought was everything Murfreesboro had to offer I was told about the Banks. Upon arriving the Banks had a home feel unlike any other apartment complex I had been to thus far. When I received my tour I was interested in a one bedroom and loved all the floor plans that I had viewed. The facility was so beautiful and well maintained it peaked my interest to see what else the Banks had to offer. I had asked to tour the two bedrooms floor plans and after seeing the Cumberland I was sold! The staff worked with me and were able to get me moved in the same day I applied. I couldn’t be happier with my choice and look forward to my future at the Banks at West Fork.

I have only been living here short time but I really enjoy it. It’s nice and quiet people don’t really Bother you. The people that I run into have been really nice, friendly helpful, and I love all the dogs. The maintenance people seem to be right on the ball. I put in request to have some things fixed in by 10 o’clock that same day they were through so it’s been quite a wonderful experience for me to be here.

Great place to live. The staff and community make me feel right at home. The activities are great “food trucks and movie nights” and is something I’ve never experienced at any other appartment. The staff makes it easy for me to comunicate with them and are there for any questions I have. I work nights so I need my sleep in the daytime, and living here I’m able to get good sleep without disturbance.

Love it here ! would be 4 star but there were something’s not fixed when I moved in and still haven’t been. For example looks like the owner before me had a dog in chewed through 1 side of the door I emailed them about it and it still hasn’t been fixed. Plus my refrigerator water line was nasty and caked up maintenance came but when he left it looked the exact same. Beautiful property and nice and friendly people.

The Banks at West Fork has been amazing to me and my family. Maintenance is always quick to fix things. I love that the windows are big and let natural light in. The sitting areas outside have lights. There is a dog park and pool. Pet stations have doggy bags and a trash bin which is very convenient. I absolutely love living here. All the appliances are whirlpool which I love. Especially the oven. It is a glass top stove which I enjoy. Their is a lot of storage and a lot of space.

Getting set up and moving in was a breeze. The community is in such a great area and makes anywhere in Murfreesboro very accessible with the interstate nearby. I was blown away by how nice the apartment units were, they are top notch quality. The staff was and has been very helpful as well as very welcoming. The pool, leasing office, and outdoor areas are all also very nice too. The amenities here are very awesome and makes living in an apartment community worthwhile. Each month there are community events, food trucks, etc that help people further connect with their surrounding community.

4 stars because we haven't moved to here, yet. This preliminary review is to build some confidence in prospecting folks looking to move. The apartment tour was very beautiful. We enjoyed learning about the amenities and property. There is quite a lot to do onsite, which is a nice change from our current apartments. My family and I need a place for at least the next year, while we look for our forever home. This one has so much to do for the kids like a park onsite, a dog Park onsite, a river that you can put-in your kayak or canoe in. Beautiful scenery and all. The staff was helpful and polite. The only discrepancy, which isn't necessarily a negative, the price quoted in person vs what our email received weren't the same. The email offered us to move at a much cheaper rate; which was the catalyst for us to decide to make the move. Good marketing acting, maybe 😂😉. We cannot wait and we will see you soon!

I have absolutely loved everything about this Banks at West Fork community. The office team is very thoughtful and attentive to their residents interests and needs. Go above and beyond to host different food trucks, events (i.e., move nights, pool parties, book clubs), and communications. The maintenance team is very responsive and thorough. Such a great place to live. I cannot recommend it enough.

The parking is great for the building I live in. I also have a garage so I have an extra space for storage. I am frustrated with the management and other residents. For example, I asked to RENT the clubhouse for a private event - something I should be able to do since a large part of my rent is paying for the amenities. Before another neighbors poor choices where it cost the rest of the community, we were able to rent and use the clubhouse as we saw fit. Another example is the lack of quiet hours. Don’t expect them to uphold the standards here. I understand having a party every now and then but when I am woken up every night to ever other night with banging, loud music, and stomping, I have an issue. This will never be fixed. I have had MANY discussions around the quiet hours and nothing has been done. I am looking forward to the day I move out.

A few things were promised recently and at the time I signed my lease however when the time came it was not honored. Otherwise the community is kept neat, clean and is quiet. There are special resident events held monthly which is nice as well as food trucks throughout the month. Sometimes you just don't want to cook, it was perfect timing when the BBQ food truck was here. They offered delicious quality food and a reasonable price.

I’ve come to learn that this corporation cares more about money than the tenant. It’s very unfortunate since I’ve lived her multiple years. I hoped to be here until I purchase a home but now I am going to have to purchase sooner or rent something else that is in line with the cost.

I wish the rent wasn’t so high, but at least the trash collection is convenient. I like the grill area, the pool, and I like that the greenway is so close, but the fact I had to put my name on a lease, just to stay with a friend, for a couple months, is quite ridiculous. The fact that they also tried to charge me $500 to then take my name off of the lease, later (one I didn’t want to be on, to begin with), is also insane. It’s a pretty property, but if the happiness of the tenants was truly important, then these rent prices, would not be so high. There is nothing wrong with being a working class citizen, and those people deserve affordable housing, without having to worry about crime or bedbugs.

Our experience in 2210 has been significantly rockier than our expierience in 2216. From arriving to the apartment not being cleaned at all from the previous tenants, to loud neighbors who have stolen our trash can, it’s just been a little ridiculous. We did receive great support from the staff through it all and our experience is growing to be more positive, which is why I have rated it four stars. We are hopeful to be able to rate five stars again in the future.

Our residence experience has been a solid 4 star experience. The Banks team of maintenance has been top notch. They stay with any problems until the problem is fixed. What I would like to bring up is the age old issue of pet owners not picking up after their pets. I though we had the problem solved when the Banks mentioned putting up cameras. But if the amount of dog feces left is any indication, either the cameras were just a suggestion or they aren’t really going to put them up. Also, in speaking with other dog owners it was suggested that more lighting be installed around the dog park. Is that a possibility?

Some noises made daily by neighbors at midnight get sick of complaining. Some doors been brooks for long time but not been fixed. Some cars alarm is broke and they beep so loud on med night. Pros include: location, community, amenities, and events. The only con is that amenities aren't viewed as co-owned by residents. The clubhouse if often rented out (where you can't enter), and the hours of operation on the lease is inaccurate. Which is fine if you work traditional hours, but trying to show off your community to family members when you can't show them the community is just a bummer.

When I first moved here everything was great … now it’s gotten really strict and annoying . There is never any parking your constantly stalked and harassed by your neighbors! You can’t even have guest over without being told On and reported for $1500+ a month you would think you would have more freedom

Super friendly management staff. Very attentive and friendly maintenance staff. Very clean apartments and common areas. A lot of activities for kids, adults, pets, etc.

Simple move In. Third floor best floor. Clean spacious and quiet. Take a stroll by the river or go across to the greenway. Costco .5 miles away.

I moved into the banks a few days ago. The entire experience from beginning till now has been outstanding. Kim was the best and had so much patience with all my questions. Moving from out of state was nerve wrecking but everything was taken care of when we moved in. Neighbors have been so friendly and the amenities are amazing and everything is so well maintained. I also feel very safe which is so important to me with two little ones. I am excited to be a resident here! 10/10 Thank you Banks at West Fork!!!!

I absolutely adore the resident application assistant! Everyone was so helpful during the process and couldn't have been nicer when I had several questions.

Lovely community and neighborhood! Great amenities and staff in the office! Amazing location to live if you have a pet! Loved the location and the convenience to all the necessities! Overall I am having a great experience living here!

The office staff has been great! Fallon and Kim are great, and extremely friendly. Kim has been able to answer any questions I’ve had about my move in, and Fallon was able to help me get into an apartment on short notice making my move across the country much more enjoyable.

We’ve been here just a month shy of a year so I feel we have a pretty good idea of what the experience of living at The Banks is all about. We’ve enjoyed calling The Banks our home. The staff here is excellent. Not only extremely efficient but kind to the residents, always eager to make our experience here better. The dog friendly atmosphere tops any we’ve ever experienced. You’re immediate response to any problems that may arise within our apartment is amazing. You absolutely make this a community with so many events. Thanks you!

Life at the banks is amazing. The staff is very helpful and always quick to answer questions I have. The amenities are crazy good. I use the gym everyday, there’s free coffee in the clubhouse, the pool is beautiful, and we’re right on the Stone River which is so pretty! Everything is green here and it’s a great place to live!

Love living here. The staff and maintenance group are amazing. Love all the events they do for us and that makes it more enjoyable to live here. And the neighbors are all friendly and I have enjoyed meeting some and talking.

I’ve lived at the Banks for around 10 months with no issue. The maintenance is always quick and the leasing office is always kind. Not to mention the great amenities and people that live there as well.
