Easily the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. I feel like this place should be more expensive than the other places I’ve lived. It’s so peaceful & the office staff is super nice!! I haven’t been to any of the community events, but there’s so many & it definitely gives off a good “neighborly” vibe. Not many places do that anymore!

All of the neighbors are so nice and welcoming. We moved from out of state so they were very helpful letting us know where stores and other places we were looking for are at. Also the staff is so wonderful. When we ask them about anything they’ve very helpful in answering our questions and going into depth so we understand it fully.

The parking is great for the building I live in. I also have a garage so I have an extra space for storage. I am frustrated with the management and other residents. For example, I asked to RENT the clubhouse for a private event - something I should be able to do since a large part of my rent is paying for the amenities. Before another neighbors poor choices where it cost the rest of the community, we were able to rent and use the clubhouse as we saw fit. Another example is the lack of quiet hours. Don’t expect them to uphold the standards here. I understand having a party every now and then but when I am woken up every night to ever other night with banging, loud music, and stomping, I have an issue. This will never be fixed. I have had MANY discussions around the quiet hours and nothing has been done. I am looking forward to the day I move out.

We have been fussed at for our trash when we have obeyed the trash rules. My car has new big scratches on it for parking here. Other than that things are well.

The property is usually very quiet, and we have not had any major problems here. It's one of the best places I've lived. What few maintenance issues we've had, have been resolved very quickly.

A few things were promised recently and at the time I signed my lease however when the time came it was not honored. Otherwise the community is kept neat, clean and is quiet. There are special resident events held monthly which is nice as well as food trucks throughout the month. Sometimes you just don't want to cook, it was perfect timing when the BBQ food truck was here. They offered delicious quality food and a reasonable price.

I have NEVER known for any apartment to put big bold GREEN stickers on your window for expired tags. Remind you I’ve lived here for 3 years and I’ve NEVER seen this done to anyone else’s vehicle. Granted it’s my fault but why be so obnoxious instead of sending a courtesy email or call. Then I was told “ it is what it is” lol so unprofessional

I’ve come to learn that this corporation cares more about money than the tenant. It’s very unfortunate since I’ve lived her multiple years. I hoped to be here until I purchase a home but now I am going to have to purchase sooner or rent something else that is in line with the cost.

Very nice apartments, I have had a few issues with getting things resolved in the front office and a couple maintenance issues that still haven't been addressed. Overall though it's a good place to be, everyone is really friendly.

Great place to live I've been here going on my fourth lease I've enjoyed the staff greatly the maintenance staff is great as well they keep the grounds very clean and neat and the amenities are great I can honestly say since day one I have thoroughly enjoy living here at the banks and continue to love living here and it's a great place for family fun and friends and your fur babies so if you get a chance to check out the website please do so and come on by and visit the beautiful ladies in the office and they'll be glad to get you signed up for a lease for one of their beautiful apartments!!

Unfortunately, the longer I have lived here the worse it has been. My reviews began very high and recommended but now after a year of being here I would say it’s the worse renting experience I’ve had. Multiple issues with the apartment, neighbors and never taken seriously by staff.

I wish the rent wasn’t so high, but at least the trash collection is convenient. I like the grill area, the pool, and I like that the greenway is so close, but the fact I had to put my name on a lease, just to stay with a friend, for a couple months, is quite ridiculous. The fact that they also tried to charge me $500 to then take my name off of the lease, later (one I didn’t want to be on, to begin with), is also insane. It’s a pretty property, but if the happiness of the tenants was truly important, then these rent prices, would not be so high. There is nothing wrong with being a working class citizen, and those people deserve affordable housing, without having to worry about crime or bedbugs.

I love The Banks! It’s been a great place to live for over a year now. If there is anything I’d ask for it would be for the grills to be serviced. A couple of them burn unevenly, or struggle to ignite.

Nice place but too expensive. Friendly staff. Apartment was not very clean upon move in. Dishwasher had a variety of foods left in it. Shower barely sprays it’s so junked up with debris.

Lived here for a year and absolutely loved the pool. My apartment when I first moved in was dirty, and reaked of cigarettes. They never fixed the issue and tried to fix it the cheap way. The smell never truly went away. Other than that, great apartment complex and awesome apartments.

Our experience in 2210 has been significantly rockier than our expierience in 2216. From arriving to the apartment not being cleaned at all from the previous tenants, to loud neighbors who have stolen our trash can, it’s just been a little ridiculous. We did receive great support from the staff through it all and our experience is growing to be more positive, which is why I have rated it four stars. We are hopeful to be able to rate five stars again in the future.

Love the amenities and the staff are so kind. If ever an issue they are more than willing to get you what you need asap. The grounds and pool are exceptionally beautifully kept up. There are issues with the gates properly opening and closing when they are suppose to be quite often that would be my only complaint. I still think it’s the best place apartment in Murfreesboro to live.

Our residence experience has been a solid 4 star experience. The Banks team of maintenance has been top notch. They stay with any problems until the problem is fixed. What I would like to bring up is the age old issue of pet owners not picking up after their pets. I though we had the problem solved when the Banks mentioned putting up cameras. But if the amount of dog feces left is any indication, either the cameras were just a suggestion or they aren’t really going to put them up. Also, in speaking with other dog owners it was suggested that more lighting be installed around the dog park. Is that a possibility?

I love the staff they are always friendly …the apartment is nice and my room is big which helps working from home .. Some things that could be changed but don’t really know how to enforce them with noisy neighbors and always finding I’m in the parking lot which is harmful to my dog

Love it here always have fun activities and food trucks for residents. They are helpful with any concern you have. The pool and dog park are great accessories to what we have available for our discretion. Also we literally live by a river and in the summer the kayaks come out. This place is strict with rules but it makes the overall area better.

The front office people are super nice . There are things I don’t like this yr. the people above me are loud . Sounds like maybe a child running late and then very early. I would like to know more than late after work that someone will be inside my apartment the next morning. I work late and need to be there early. I’d like to get 2 day advance notice at least .

I enjoy living here and the dog park is the best! My furbabies always get so excited when there are new toys. And they love the agility equipment. My upstairs neighbors like to stomp, but other than that I really enjoy it here. There are great places for walking as well.

Some noises made daily by neighbors at midnight get sick of complaining. Some doors been brooks for long time but not been fixed. Some cars alarm is broke and they beep so loud on med night. The security lady is so mean when I call her about the incident she said nothing she can do, I told her that I have work in the morning she said she have a job in the morning too.

There's so many events every month, which is amazing, and the food trucks that show up are always something to look forward to! I also love how pet friendly this community is. There's lots of dogs and we love the dog park as well. My son looks forward to meeting new friends at the playground when we come home every day. This is all I could ask for and then some in a community.

I have absolute love living here so far! Let me tell you I can’t even explain how much I appreciate the leasing office and how awesome they are. I recently just moved from a complex where I didn’t have this experience! They have made the transition so smooth and easy! Definitely love living here!!

Great community. Definitely a good fit if youre a dog lover. Would recommend to others. It includes a pool, valet trash, grilling areas and many other amenities.

Pros include: location, community, amenities, and events. The only con is that amenities aren't viewed as co-owned by residents. The clubhouse if often rented out (where you can't enter), and the hours of operation on the lease is inaccurate. Which is fine if you work traditional hours, but trying to show off your community to family members when you can't show them the community is just a bummer.

Lovely grounds - always clean and nice smiles from neighbors! The dog park and gym are perks you don't want to miss out on. Our favorite space to hang out is at The Overlook, to meditate, enjoy an old-fashioned, or just listen to the sounds of Tennessee!

Fallon is awesome the staff there are amazing and respond right when you need them. I would 100% recommend them they are amazing. Everything is easy the tour is awesome the apartments are in a quiet area and it just makes it feel like home wouldn’t wanna be anywhere else

We absolutely love it here! We had already fallen in love with pictures but then we moved in and it has exceeded our expectations! It’s a super quiet community with lots of cute dogs to look at.

I am having so much fun! Mia my dog, has settled right in. I have just enough room. And the noise level is minimal. Love the doorside trash pick up. Maintenance crew has answered ever call. Need couple more doggie stations, and my world would be complete.

Great location, bad local traffic. Wonderful office staff and great amenities. Common areas not always the cleanest and minor maintenance issues seem to take a long time to fix. Overall a great place.

Everything has been really nice. The apartment is very nice and clean, pool, gym and all the amenities are well kept. There has been plenty of parking and easy access to everything. Upstairs neighbors have been a little loud but everything else has been fantastic.

The apartments are great and the staff is great. It is a beautiful area and very well kept. The other half star is just because the ceiling is thin and can hear everything(walking and dogs playing). Other than that this has been my favorite place to stay.

When I first moved here everything was great … now it’s gotten really strict and annoying . There is never any parking your constantly stalked and harassed by your neighbors! You can’t even have guest over without being told On and reported for $1500+ a month you would think you would have more freedom

I moved into the banks a few days ago. The entire experience from beginning till now has been outstanding. Kim was the best and had so much patience with all my questions. Moving from out of state was nerve wrecking but everything was taken care of when we moved in. Neighbors have been so friendly and the amenities are amazing and everything is so well maintained. I also feel very safe which is so important to me with two little ones. I am excited to be a resident here! 10/10 Thank you Banks at West Fork!!!!

The office staff has been great! Fallon and Kim are great, and extremely friendly. Kim has been able to answer any questions I’ve had about my move in, and Fallon was able to help me get into an apartment on short notice making my move across the country much more enjoyable.

Life at the banks is amazing. The staff is very helpful and always quick to answer questions I have. The amenities are crazy good. I use the gym everyday, there’s free coffee in the clubhouse, the pool is beautiful, and we’re right on the Stone River which is so pretty! Everything is green here and it’s a great place to live!

I’ve lived at the Banks for around 10 months with no issue. The maintenance is always quick and the leasing office is always kind. Not to mention the great amenities and people that live there as well.
